How long have you been coaching and what’s your background?
Great question! I’ve been coaching individuals for over 20 years. I’ve worked in the employment and HR field and have coached people on the front line as well as staff and management.
After coaching for over 10 years, I decided to get my designation as a coach from Coachville about 6 years ago.
Now, I know the first two answers are very important but they don’t really tell the whole story. It feels more like a few items I might put on a resume, doesn’t it? I know you’re not really looking to see my resume, right?
Here’s what really is important for you to know about me. I am, and always have been, exceptional at reading people and situations so I can get to the root of what stands in their way of being great. Call it a sixth sense but I see the greatness in most everyone I come across.
I love, and I do mean looooove, to get to the heart of the matter as quick as possible so I can give you what you need to shift your thoughts, your feelings, your business, your life into full gear. Along with this innate talent and passion, I have been learning about universal principles and most notably, attraction principles for over a decade now. I use these with my clients in order that they can reap the fastest results possible in the easiest manner. I’ve seen this work over and over again and I am still amazed at how it works!
Who does this work for?
Honestly, it could work for everyone but it doesn’t. You have to be willing to change. You have to be willing to coach my way. You have to be willing to take my suggestions and try them. You MUST be open. If you’re not one of these, the coaching process will be a waste of your time and money and I don’t entertain that.
